For assured handling they have an anti-slip design and are shock resistant, withstanding up to a 2-meter drop. A charging dock is included for convenient drop in charging. These radios do not require a license or service fees due to high quality band frequencies. A unique circuit extends the life of the batteries as if there are no transmissions within 10 seconds, the radio will automatically switch to battery save mode. 121 privacy codes are included. The IP167 rating provides dust and waterproof resistance. The 180 degree swivel holster allows for sideways rotation for multiple position use.
